Sara here.  So glad you’re taking a look around our website.  I started Roberts Golden back in 2004 and am proud within that time we have been able to grow a company that has served so many dynamic and amazing clients - and built an equally dynamic and amazing team along the way.

If I had to describe us in a few paragraphs, I would say that we’re an established organization performance consulting firm that helps our clients to perform effectively particularly in times of change.

What does ‘organization performance’ really mean, you say?  Well, I suppose for me it means everything an organization (and its people, because that’s what an organization is made of) needs to have as their foundation to be able to successfully execute on their strategies and objectives – like, do they have the right structure, have they made the right hires, are they communicating effectively, do they collaborate well across the enterprise, does the leadership team see eye to eye?  And so on and so forth…  In my opinion, those are the sort of things that make or break an organization.

That may seem like the fluffy, fuzzy stuff but let me assure you that we don’t approach it that way.  Our team (and methods) is (are) completely focused on what is needed organizationally to operationalize your strategies and get your company results faster across a variety of change efforts – efforts like shifting your business model, helping you to become more innovative, aligning diverse cultures for merger or acquisition success.

I think one of our clients said it best when he told me a year back that “Roberts Golden is a small, (but mighty) firm with all the big firm ideas and experience and none of the attitude.”

I think the exciting part of our boutique size and laser focus on our customer’s success enables us to be extremely agile and flexible in our approach.  Oh, and that your engagements will always be run by hands-on senior staffers.  In other words, we have no cookie cutter engagements around here or junior associates that you will have to train more than get value from.
